- Submerged arc furnace electrodes
- Electrode paste is presented in egg-shaped, trapezoidal and cylindrical forms. Select the form and formulation to suit the furnace and electrode charging system.
- Minimum and maximum acceptance limits are shown alongside cylinder and briquette test values. These comparisons are indicative and require confirmation for the ordered formulation; raw-paste and baked-paste results are evaluated separately.
- Listed applications include ferroalloys, silicon metal, ferronickel and ferrochrome; the paste specification is adjusted to actual furnace operating conditions.
